Nevada Public Health and Safety Sec. § 459.590 Unlawful transportation of hazardous waste. It is unlawful for any person to transport hazardous waste: 1.Without a manifest that complies with regulations adopted by the Commission; 2.That does not conform to the description of the waste specified in the manifest; 3.In a manner that does not conform to the manner of shipment described in the manifest; or 4.To a facility that has not been issued a permit to treat, store or dispose of the hazardous waste described in the manifest.
