Sec. § 439.4939
Gifts, grants and donations.

The Division shall apply for and accept any gifts, grants and donations available to:

1.

Carry out the provisions of NRS 439.4921 to 439.4943, inclusive;

2.

Coordinate and administer any other state programs relating to research concerning sickle cell disease and its variants or assistance to patients diagnosed with sickle cell disease and its variants;

3.

Pay for research concerning sickle cell disease and its variants;

4.

Provide education concerning sickle cell disease and its variants; and

5.

Provide support to persons diagnosed with sickle cell disease and its variants.
