Offenders excluded from participation.


An offender may not participate in a therapeutic community if the offender:

1.

Was sentenced to death or a term of imprisonment for life without the possibility of parole; or

2.

Is or was eligible to participate in the program of treatment established pursuant to NRS 209.425, whether or not the offender actually participated in or completed that program of treatment.
