Sec. § 82.126
Adoption and use of corporate seal or stamp.

Every corporation, by virtue of its existence as such, may adopt and use a common seal or stamp, and alter it at pleasure.

The use of a seal or stamp by a corporation on any corporate record is not necessary. The corporation may use a seal or stamp, if it desires, but use or failure to use does not in any way affect the legality of the record.
