Permits: Request for public hearing on application

  • notice of hearing.
The Commission shall provide by regulation:

1.

An opportunity for each permit applicant, interested agency, city, county or irrigation district located downstream from the point of discharge, or any person to request a public hearing conducted by the Director with respect to each permit application; and

2.

For public notice of the hearing, at least 30 days before the date of the hearing.
Ê The provisions of this section do not apply to an application for a temporary permit issued pursuant to NRS 445A.485.
