NRS 598A.220
Limitation of actions.


1.

An action brought under NRS 598A.170 or 598A.200 is barred if it is not commenced within 4 years after the cause of action accrues, or if the cause of action is based upon a conspiracy in violation of this chapter, within 4 years after the plaintiff discovered, or by the exercise of reasonable diligence, should have discovered the facts relied upon for proof of the conspiracy.

2.

An action brought under NRS 598A.160 or 598A.210 is barred if it is not commenced:

(a)

Within 4 years after the cause of action accrues, or if the cause of action is based upon a conspiracy in violation of this chapter, within 4 years after the plaintiff discovered, or by the exercise of reasonable diligence, should have discovered the facts relied upon for proof of the conspiracy; or

(b)

Within 1 year after the conclusion of any action or proceeding brought under NRS 598A.170 or 598A.200 commenced within or before the running of the 4-year period as provided in paragraph (a) and which is based in whole or in part on any matter complained of in the action for damages.

3.

For the purpose of this section, a cause of action for a continuing violation arises at any time during the period of such violation.
