Corrupt influencing of employee unlawful.


Every person who shall give, offer or promise, directly or indirectly, any compensation, gratuity or reward to any agent, employee or servant of any person or corporation, with intent to influence the action of the agent, employee or servant in relation to his or her principal’s, employer’s or master’s business, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
