NRS 463A.220
Judicial review: Court may affirm, remand or reverse.


The reviewing court may affirm the decision and order of the Commission, or it may remand the matter for further proceedings or reverse the decision if the substantial rights of the petitioner have been prejudiced because the decision is:

1.

In violation of constitutional provisions;

2.

In excess of the statutory authority or jurisdiction of the Commission;

3.

Made upon unlawful procedure;

4.

Unsupported by any substantial evidence; or

5.

Arbitrary or capricious or otherwise not in accordance with law.
