Right to receive treatment from physician or clinic of choice

  • Board may prescribe method of treatment.

This chapter does not empower or authorize the health authority or any other person to interfere in any manner with the right of a person to receive approved treatment for a communicable disease from any physician, clinic or other person of his or her choice, but the Board has the power to prescribe the approved method of treatment to be used by the physician, clinic or other person.
