Commencement of disciplinary proceedings required for certain violations of Industrial Insurance Act.


Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS, if the Division receives a report pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 228.420, a disciplinary proceeding regarding the report must be commenced within 30 days after the Division receives the report.
