Establishment of program of information concerning missing children

  • distribution of materials by Attorney General and State Board.

Any private elementary or secondary school in this State may establish a program of information about missing children for pupils, parents and other members of the community.

2.

The Attorney General and the State Board of Education shall distribute at no charge to the private school any materials they have that will assist in the establishment of such a program.
