NRS 623A.193
Certificate of registration: Issuance without examination.

The Board may issue a certificate of registration without examination to a person who submits evidence satisfactory to the Board that he or she:

1.

Is licensed, registered or certified as a landscape architect in another jurisdiction if, as determined by the Board, the qualifications required for the license, registration or certification are substantially equivalent to the qualifications set forth in this chapter for the issuance of a certificate of registration; and

2.

Is otherwise qualified for a certificate of registration to engage in the practice of landscape architecture in this State.
