Certificate to practice as landscape architect intern: Issuance of certificate

supervision by holder of certificate of registration

1.

The Board shall issue a certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern to any person who is qualified pursuant to the provisions of NRS 623A.182 and who passes an examination or any portion of an examination required by the Board.

2.

Such a person may engage in the practice of landscape architecture only under the direct supervision of a holder of a certificate of registration. Any work performed by the person as a landscape architect intern may be credited toward the requirements for a certificate of registration in accordance with regulations adopted by the Board.

3.

A certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern expires on June 30 and may be renewed for 1 year from each succeeding July 1 in accordance with regulations adopted by the Board and upon the payment of the annual renewal fee prescribed by the Board pursuant to the provisions of NRS 623A.240.
