NRS 457.070
Duties of Division.

The Division shall:

1.

Investigate violations of this chapter.

2.

Investigate and test the content, method of preparation and use of any drug, medicine, compound or device proposed to be used or used by any person or association in the State for the diagnosis, treatment or cure of cancer.

3.

Make findings of fact upon completion of any testing or investigation authorized by this chapter.

4.

Hold hearings for the purpose of determining whether any of the provisions of this chapter have been violated.

5.

Contract with independent scientific consultants for specialized services and advice.
