NRS 457.065
Adoption of regulations for administration of chapter.

The State Board of Health shall adopt regulations for the administration of this chapter which include, without limitation, standards for the:

1.

Training and performance of a person who operates a radiation machine for mammography which are at least as stringent as the requirements for accreditation established by the American College of Radiology.

2.

Inspection and authorization of a radiation machine for mammography which are at least as stringent as the requirements for accreditation established by the American College of Radiology.
