Written plan to monitor and evaluate programs and services of foster care agency.

1.

Each foster care agency shall develop and carry out a written plan to monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of its programs and services on a systemic and ongoing basis.

2.

The written plan must describe the methods for the collection, summarization and analysis of data and information and include factors defined by the licensing authority for assessing the effectiveness of the programs and services provided.

3.

If the findings of an evaluation suggest that improvements to its programs and services should be made, the foster care agency shall implement any necessary improvements.
