NRS 281A.265
Discretionary-function immunity for members and employees of Commission.

For the purposes of NRS 41.032, the members of the Commission and employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be exercising or performing a discretionary function or duty in taking any action pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
