Introduction of legislative measure in duplicate.

1.

Each bill and resolution must be introduced in duplicate and one copy of each bill and resolution must be marked “original” and one must be marked “duplicate.”

2.

The copy marked “duplicate” must be referred to the Legislative Counsel for photocomposition and filing.
