Sec. § 118B.085
Notice to Division of certain information about landlord, manager and assistant manager; Division to provide provisions of chapter to landlord, manager and assistant manager.

A landlord shall notify the Division, in writing, of the landlord’s correct name, address and telephone number. If the landlord has employed a manager or assistant manager, or both, the landlord shall also notify the Division, in writing, of the name, address and telephone number of any such manager and assistant manager of his or her park. After the initial notification, the landlord shall also send notice of the information required pursuant to this subsection within 45 days after:

(a)

Buying the park;

(b)

Opening the park for occupancy;

(c)

Changing managers or assistant managers; or

(d)

Changing his or her name, address or telephone number.

2.

Upon receiving the notice required by subsection 1, the Administrator shall send the landlord, manager and assistant manager, as applicable, the text of the provisions of this chapter and a form upon which the landlord, manager and assistant manager, as applicable, shall acknowledge that each has received those provisions and has read them. The landlord, manager and assistant manager, as applicable, shall return the acknowledged form to the Administrator within 10 days after receiving it.
