Action in name of State against public officer, association or usurper of public office or franchise.

Action in name of State against corporation.

Attorney General to begin action.

Action brought on relation of another

Action for usurpation by claimant in name of State

All claimants to same office made defendants.

Jurisdiction in appellate or district court.

Judgment of ouster

Judgment ousting director of corporation.

Action for damages within 1 year.

Judgment against corporation

Court shall appoint trustee for dissolved corporation

Bond of trustee.

Suit on trustee’s bond.

Trustee to collect debts and divide surplus.

Court shall order books and effects delivered to trustee.

Trustee to file sworn inventory with clerk.

Responsibilities of trustee.

Liability of corporation directors when judgment of ouster rendered.

Penalty for refusal to obey order of court.

Actions in quo warranto take precedence.

Procedure in appellate court same as in district court

Appeal does not stay judgment of ouster.
