NRS 678C.010
“Attending provider of health care” defined.

“Attending provider of health care” means a provider of health care, as defined in NRS 629.031, who:

1.

Is licensed or certified to practice a profession which authorizes the person to write a prescription for a medication to treat a chronic or debilitating medical condition; and

2.

Has responsibility for the care and treatment of a person diagnosed with a chronic or debilitating medical condition.
