NRS 678C.080
“Registry identification card” defined.


“Registry identification card” means a document issued by the Division or its designee that identifies:

1.

A person who is exempt from state prosecution for engaging in the medical use of cannabis; or

2.

The designated primary caregiver, if any, of a person described in subsection 1.
