Supervision by licensed person.

1.

A cosmetological establishment must, at all times, be under the immediate supervision of a person who is licensed in the branch of cosmetology or a combination of branches of cosmetology of any service relating to the practice of cosmetology provided at the cosmetological establishment at the time the service is provided.

2.

If the operator of a cosmetological establishment leases space to a licensed or registered, as applicable, nail technologist, electrologist, esthetician, hair designer, shampoo technologist, hair braider, demonstrator of cosmetics or cosmetologist pursuant to NRS 644A.615, the lessee must provide supervision for that branch of cosmetology in the manner required by subsection 1.
