NRS 636.029
Applicability of chapter: Certain sales not prohibited.

The provisions of this chapter shall not prohibit:

1.

The sale of goggles, sunglasses, colored glasses or occupational eye-protective devices if they do not have refractive values; or

2.

The sale of complete ready-to-wear eyeglasses as merchandise by any person not holding himself or herself out as competent to examine, test or prescribe for the human eye or its refractive errors.
