Applicability of chapter: Applicability to persons licensed to or engaged in practice of optometry

  • inapplicability to licensed physicians and surgeons.
This chapter:

1.

Applies to any person who is licensed to practice optometry pursuant to this chapter and any other person engaged in the practice of optometry in this State.

2.

Must not be construed to apply to physicians and surgeons duly licensed to practice in this State.
