NRS 63.320
Gift account.

The superintendent of a facility shall:

1.

Deposit in the State Treasury for credit to the gift account of the facility any gifts of money which the facility is authorized to accept; and

2.

Expend money from the gift account only for facility purposes and, to the extent permitted by law, in accordance with the terms of the gift.
