NRS 62G.070
Nondisclosure of certain privileged information obtained by officer or employee of juvenile court

  • exceptions.

All information obtained in the discharge of an official duty by an officer or employee of the juvenile court is privileged and must not be disclosed other than to the juvenile court or any person who is authorized to receive that information pursuant to the provisions of this title, unless otherwise ordered by the juvenile court.
