NRS 623A.143
Authority of Board to grant or deny applications for or revoke or suspend certificates to practice as landscape architect intern, hold membership in certain organizations and administer examinations.

The Board may:

1.

Grant or deny an application for a certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern after examination and revoke or suspend a certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern or take any other disciplinary action set forth in NRS 623A.270 for any of the causes specified in this chapter;

2.

Hold membership in any organization relating to landscape architects or the practice of landscape architecture; or

3.

Administer examinations on behalf of any national association of registered boards that certifies landscape architects.
