Employees: Hiring, compensation and reimbursement.

The Board may:

1.

Employ and fix the compensation for legal counsel, inspectors, special agents, investigators and clerical personnel necessary to the discharge of its duties; and

2.

Reimburse an employee specified in subsection 1 for any actual expenses incurred by the employee while acting on behalf of the Board.
