Record of certificates: Maintenance

The Board shall prepare and maintain a record of each certificate of registration and certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern. The record must include, without limitation, the name of the holder of the certificate of registration or the certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern, the address at which he or she resides and the number of the certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern. The Board shall make the record available:

1.

For inspection by each holder of a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern in a manner prescribed by the Board; and

2.

For sale to a member of the general public who is not a holder of a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern.
