NRS 501.115
Acceptance of federal aid in projects for restoration of wildlife.

1.

The State of Nevada hereby assents to the provisions of that certain Act of Congress commonly known and referred to as the Pittman-Robertson Act, being c. 899, 50 Stat. 917, approved September 2, 1937, and also designated as 16 U.S.C. §§ 669-669j, providing federal aid to states in wildlife restoration projects.

2.

The Commission shall do any and all things necessary to obtain for the State of Nevada the benefits provided in the Act of Congress.
