“Closed season” defined.


“Closed season” means all periods except those designated as “open season.” During any such season it is unlawful to fish, to hunt game mammals or game birds, or to hunt or trap fur-bearing mammals. There is no closed season on those species of wild mammals or wild birds classified as unprotected.
