NRS 463.426
Powers of Board.

The Board may:

1.

Authorize a disseminator to enter into an agreement with a track to disseminate to users a live broadcast which is received from the track.

2.

Establish fees to be paid by a disseminator of a live broadcast in an amount which is equal to the cost of carrying out the provisions of NRS 463.421 to 463.427, inclusive.
