Limitations on furnishing dangerous drug

  • adoption of regulations by Board

If the Board finds any drug to be dangerous to the public health or safety, it may adopt a regulation not inconsistent with NRS 454.181 to 454.371, inclusive, limiting or restricting the furnishing or dispensing of the drug.

2.

A violation of such a regulation must be punished in the same manner as provided in NRS 454.306 to 454.356, inclusive.
