Designation of medical marijuana dispensary.

1.

A patient who holds a valid registry identification card or letter of approval and his or her designated primary caregiver, if any, may select one medical marijuana dispensary to serve as his or her designated medical marijuana dispensary at any one time.

2.

A patient who designates a medical marijuana dispensary as described in subsection 1:

(a)

Shall communicate the designation to the Division and the Department within the time specified by the Department.

(b)

May change his or her designation not more than once in a 30-day period.
