Regulations of cemetery authority.


A cemetery authority may:

1.

Adopt, amend and enforce rules and regulations for the use, care, control, management, restriction and protection of its property;

2.

Restrict and limit the use of all property within its cemetery;

3.

Regulate the uniformity of erections within its cemetery;

4.

Regulate, prohibit or remove monuments, effigies and structures within any portion of its cemetery;

5.

Prohibit the introduction of plants and shrubs within its cemetery;

6.

Regulate or prohibit, for good cause, the use of any portion of its cemetery for interment, entombment or inurnment; and

7.

Regulate the conduct of persons and prevent improper assemblages within its cemetery.
