NRS 433.259
Administrator: Delegation of power, duty or function.

1.

The Administrator may delegate to any officer, deputy or employee of the Division the exercise or discharge in the name of the Administrator of any power, duty or function vested in or imposed upon the Administrator.

2.

The official act of any such person acting in the name of the Administrator and by his or her authority shall be deemed an official act of the Administrator.
