Sec. § 41.300
Insane persons; presumption of legal capacity on discharge.

After a person’s insanity has been judicially determined, such person can make no conveyance or other contract, or delegate any power or waive any right until the person’s restoration to presumed legal capacity, or until the person has been judicially declared to be sane.
