NRS 246.150
Certificates to be filed in order received

  • maintenance and public inspection of records of transactions conducted in clerk’s office and fees collected.
Each county clerk shall:

1.

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 246.120, file each certificate of marriage in the order in which it is received;

2.

Maintain a record of all transactions conducted within the office and a record of all fees collected; and

3.

Make the records maintained pursuant to subsection 2 available for public inspection during regular business hours.
