Unlawful acts.


1.

A person who knowingly creates, manufactures or distributes software or hardware for the purpose of allowing a person to act as an electronic notary public without being registered in accordance with NRS 240.181 to 240.206, inclusive, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.

2.

A person who wrongfully obtains, conceals, damages or destroys the technology or device used to create the electronic signature of an electronic notary public is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
