NRS 240.196
Powers of electronic notary public.


A person registered as an electronic notary public pursuant to NRS 240.181 to 240.206, inclusive, may perform the following electronic notarial acts for a person who requests the electronic notarial act and tenders any authorized fee:

1.

Taking an acknowledgment;

2.

Executing a jurat;

3.

Administering an oath or affirmation;

4.

Certifying a true and correct copy; and

5.

Performing such other duties as prescribed by law.
