Undertaking on recommitment.


When bail is taken upon the recommitment of the defendant, the undertaking shall be in substantially the following form:

B. be admitted to bail in the sum of $.........., in an action pending in that court against A. B., in behalf of the State of Nevada, upon a (presentment, indictment, information, or appeal, as the case may be), we, C. D. and E. F., of (stating their place of residence), hereby undertake that the above-named A. B. shall appear in that or any other court in which A. B.’s appearance may be lawfully required, upon that (presentment, indictment, information, or appeal, as the case may be), and shall at all times render himself or herself amenable to its orders and processes, and appear for judgment, and surrender himself or herself in execution thereof; or, if A.
