County, for the arrest of ........................ (stating name of the accused), upon a charge of ........................ (stating briefly the nature of the offense), upon which the accused has been arrested and duly ordered admitted to bail in the sum of .................. dollars and ordered to appear before the magistrate who issued the warrant, we, ......................., of ........................, and ........................ (stating their names and place of residence), hereby undertake that the above-named ........................ shall appear and answer the charge above mentioned, at ............. o’clock ...m., on the ....... day of the month of ........... of the year ......., before ........................, the magistrate issuing the warrant, at the magistrate’s office in ....................., .....................
