Administration of chapter

employees of Division prohibited from holding interest in manufactured home park.

1.

The provisions of this chapter must be administered by the Division, subject to administrative supervision by the Director of the Department of Business and Industry.

2.

An employee of the Division shall not hold an interest in a manufactured home park.
