Sec. § 100.210
Definitions.

1.

As used in NRS 100.200 to 100.230, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms “securitization” and “securitization transaction” include, without limitation, the pooling and repackaging by a special purpose entity of assets or other credit exposures that may be sold to investors.

2.

The terms include transactions that create stratified credit risk positions whose performance is dependent upon an underlying pool of credit exposures, including, without limitation, loans and commitments.

3.

The terms must be construed broadly.
