Supplemental principles of law.

1.

Unless displaced by particular provisions of NRS 87.4301 to 87.4357, inclusive, the principles of law and equity supplement the provisions of NRS 87.4301 to 87.4357, inclusive.

2.

If an obligation to pay interest arises pursuant to NRS 87.4301 to 87.4357, inclusive, and the rate is not specified, the rate is that specified in NRS 99.040.
