NRS 720.190
Enforcement of chapter: Injunctions and other orders

  • civil penalty.
The Secretary of State may:

1.

Issue injunctions and orders to enforce the provisions of this chapter and any regulations adopted by the Secretary of State pursuant thereto.

2.

Impose a civil penalty not to exceed $10,000 for a willful violation of a provision of this chapter or a regulation adopted by the Secretary of State pursuant thereto.
