NRS 701.510
Powers and duties.

The Task Force:

1.

Shall advise the Director on measures to promote the development of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in this State; and

2.

May apply for any available grants and accept any gifts, grants or donations to assist the Task Force in carrying out its duties pursuant to this section.
