Denial of application

1.

If the Commissioner denies an application for a certificate of authority of a person who files an application pursuant to NRS 695F.120 or 695F.130, the Commissioner shall send a written notice to the applicant. The notice must include the reason for the denial of the certificate.

The applicant may, within 30 days after it receives the notice, submit to the Commissioner a written request for a hearing on the matter. The Commissioner shall hold a hearing within 30 days after the Commissioner receives the request.

3.

The hearing must be held in the manner set forth in NRS 679B.310 to 679B.370, inclusive. The decision of the Commissioner is a final decision for the purpose of judicial review.
