“Creditor” defined.


“Creditor” means the lender of money or vendor or lessor of goods, services, property, rights or privileges for which payment is arranged through a credit transaction, and includes:

1.

The successor to the right, title or interest of;

2.

An affiliate, associate or subsidiary of;

3.

Any director, officer or employee of; or

4.

Any other person in any way associated with,
